Medic Food

Working a 24 hour shift doesn’t leave any time for a creative blog post. So instead you get to see what I ate for breakfast and awe at all its glory.

    Wait.. I see it now. It’s a performance strategy. Carbs for stamina, protein to build strong muscles for rescuing people, and caffeine to keep you alert. You my friend have set your self up for success. We should all strive for such greatness……
